Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy is perpetual and will remain in effect indefinitely. At Fly Ink Tattoo Parlor® LLC (DBA Fly Ink® and Fly Ink Tattoo Parlor®), we maintain a strict no-refund policy. By making a purchase or booking a service through FlyInk.app, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. No Refunds, No Reimbursements

No refunds or reimbursements will be provided under any circumstances for any services or products purchased through Fly Ink®. All sales are final upon completion of the transaction, whether for services or merchandise.

2. Services

There are no returns, refunds, or reimbursements for any tattoo, piercing, or other services. Once a service is booked and completed, it is final, and no modifications to this policy will be permitted.

3. Products

All product sales, including jewelry, aftercare items, and other merchandise, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • In the case of product defects, you must report the issue and return the product within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring they have selected the correct product specifications, such as size, color, and style, before completing a purchase.

4. Gifts

All gifts are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged under any circumstances, regardless of how they were marked during the purchase. This policy is final and applies to all gift transactions.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Items that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.

  • Goods unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., jewelry).

  • Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions at our sole discretion.

6. Reporting Product Defects

For product defects, you must report the issue within 24 hours of purchase to be eligible for consideration. Please contact us at mail@flyink.app or call 214-482-0156 to report the defect. After 24 hours, no returns, exchanges, or remedies will be provided.

We recommend using a trackable and insured mail service. Fly Ink Tattoo Parlor® LLC is not responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We are unable to process returns without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery.

7. No Expiration

This no-refund, all-sales-final policy applies to all past, present, and future transactions, unless explicitly stated otherwise by Fly Ink Tattoo Parlor® LLC in written form.
